POST /public/v1/signup

A new customer’s sign-up form. Nothing is made until the link emailed to the address is used, and the answer is the same whether or not the address has an account. Allowed from the home page’s origin only, which reads every answer, a refusal and a 429’s Retry-After among them; any other site reads none.

Needs: nothing: no credential.
